      There are none at this time.

      Management talks about finding top talent and developing staff, yet the reality is a lot of empty promises and very little real support. The company keeps claiming it’s evolving and trying to create the best experience, but it rarely feels that way. he push for being “industry‑leading” doesn’t match what employees actually get day to day. If you’re hoping for real growth, solid leadership, or a genuinely supportive team, this place will leave you disappointed.

      Field techs are great to work with, everyone helps out.

      Cons

      -micromanaging, not setup for success on projects, you find out the day of that you are on a project and have no time to prepare/get materials. Employees get asked on how to they can make changes but nothing ever happens. -unrealistic expectations for projects, lack of hours allotted.

      Project management just feels messy, nothing stays organized, and the scope we plan for never matches what actually gets delivered. It ends up feeling like we’re constantly chasing moving targets, which gets exhausting. The team seemed amazing at first, but that vibe doesn’t hold up. The pay and benefits might look competitive on paper, but it doesn’t feel that way in reality. They talk a big game about work‑life balance, yet it rarely feels genuinely supported. The company loves to brag about its core values, but living up to them is another story.
