Pros

Mostly WFH set-up, we need to go to the office 1 or 2x a month. Great for fresh grads, will experience reality and what does hard work mean.

Cons

No support for their employees. Management will often keep on pressuring the recruitment team to exceed goals even on lean season. No bonus pay or any commission, they will say during the interview that they offer commission but once you start working it will be forgotten; 13th month pay will be givin literally few days before the 24th
