      Pros

      I have been with this company for over 16 years. Their customers are happy and that makes my job easier. I would not have stayed 16 years unless they were great. There's always something exciting going on.

      Cons

      We've been work from home for a while. I miss the team internaction.

      Pros

      Working for Dynamic as an employee of a private medical practice makes it easier for our practice to obtain benefit packages for the hourly staff (like me).

      Cons

      I’m sure there are disadvantages to being employed in this fashion rather than as a direct employee of the practice but I haven’t run into them yet
