      Leadership gives total freedom to work a hybrid schedule as long as you're hitting goals Company is growing so future outlook is positive Fun and exciting clients Lots of talent and like minded employees Fun out of office activities several times a year Good office vibe and convenient location Leadership accepts and encourages feedback that is listened to

      A small company comes with pain points occasionally but it keeps things exciting

      Pros

      I had the opportunity to work with creative and caring colleagues. Diverse variety of projects with opportunities to get my hands on multiple assignments. I learned a lot and expanded my skillset by wearing many hats. Provided autonomy and trust to work hard and do my job well. Treated very well with team building activities, special get togethers, and seasonal gifts.

      Cons

      Harvest time tracking throughout the work day at time of employment. Felt a lack of transparency for a tight-knit setting. Lower salary range for broad scope of responsibilities. Listing for a new peer hire was posted with a higher salary range who then quickly went on to be promoted to a level above numerous teammates without input from the department, which was different from a corporate setting.

      Constant company shuffling, single creative gatekeeper who frequently undermines/redoes employees' work, small pool of clients and work.
