      Pros

      Dubicars trust you with the responsibilities and you naturally grow ownership to your work. Complete freedom to take initiatives and work is well recognised from the management. CTO support for the team is remarkable. Despite instances of contract violations and malpractice, Dubicars chose to release the employee without pursuing any legal action.

      Micromanaging, poor leadership, below standard employees, toxic bosses and colleagues, no recognition, no professionalism. Everyone here actually hates working here. Don’t believe all the fake positive reviews added here recently. They were in response to all the hate received on glassdoor recently. Further explains what kind of a place this is
