Pros

Car is nice to drive. Students and co-workers wonderful! Time schedule is very flexible.

Cons

Lots of time is spent for the payment you receive. For example, get to the car where it is parked, go to customer's home, begin lesson, end lesson, drive customer/student home, return vehicle then get into your own vehicle and return to home or wherever you have to go. All for $17.15. This in not 1 hours work, it actually is approximately 6 hours work. Oh, I forgot, your day is not ended yet. There is computer work after all that has been mentioned above. No medical insurance. Remember you are in a car with a new driver!

Pros

None. Deceptive practices. Inability to talk to a supervisor.

Cons

They lie to consumers. Horrible work experience. You're expected to do the work of 3 people. Very understaffed. I felt sorry for the drivers. They have zero way to make a decent living and they lie to everyone.

Pros

Flexible schedule! You set what days and times you want to work and if there's students available, they'll be added to your schedule. Should be willing to work afternoons/evenings or weekends when teens are out of school. The students are nice and teaching a beginner to drive can be a rewarding experience. Good job for an independent person who wants to make some extra money.

Cons

There's a lot to learn quickly and the management can be very patronizing in correcting your inevitable errors. Don't expect any pats-on-the-back or positive feedback from superior(s) based out of Canyon Lake, CA. Would not recommend this as a full-time job. Sitting in a car all day can be taxing and honestly a bit lonely and boring as your only company are your 15-year-old students. There's not much potential for personal or professional growth.
