The owners are two of the best people I have ever met. Having worked here for over 22 years, I have seen a few people leave and a couple years later come back because they realize employers like these are rare. Everyone is hard working and co-workers are ready to jump in and help met deadlines - a true TEAM environment at DrJ Engineering and it starts at the top.
Cons
I honestly have no cons - other than this is a consulting firm and we charge for our time so an accurate to the minute timesheet is required and necessary. After a few weeks it is habitual and just something you keep open and up to date in real time.
