Pros

Solid training program with hands-on marketing modules before client placement. Good support during onboarding and clear task structure. Flexible remote setup that works well for VAs based outside the US.

Cons

Learning curve can be steep with the volume of mock exams and assignments. Communication across time zones sometimes causes delays. Client matching process takes a bit of patience.

Pros

Overall, the combination of a comprehensive playbook and dedicated trainers made the training both effective and enjoyable. It gave me the confidence to apply what I learned and prepared me well for real-world tasks and responsibilities.

Cons

The main challenge I experienced during the training was its fast-paced nature. While the content is comprehensive, it can be difficult for trainees who are slower learners or those with little to no background in business, social media, digital marketing, or the tools used throughout the program. Because new topics and tasks are introduced quickly, some trainees may struggle to fully understand one lesson before moving on to the next. Allowing more time for practice, review, or reinforcement between modules would make the training more manageable and inclusive for learners with different experience levels and learning speeds.

Pros

Supportive team with clear communication and a positive work environment. Management values employee contributions, provides helpful guidance, and encourages continuous learning and professional growth. Flexible work arrangements also make it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Some processes could be improved with better documentation and more streamlined workflows. Communication between departments can occasionally be delayed, but these issues are generally manageable.
