Brand value is strong and clientele is star-studded.
Cons
Operationally, it's a mess. No solid overall goal or objective, with weak leadership. Company culture ebbs and flows like the tide and usually leans towards the low, toxic end.

Room to advance pay and position, super close company, options and thoughts are very valued, close relationships with the C Suite, tons of VIP job perks, super fun work environment
Cons
Slightly disorganized, took on some other responsibilities other than what was in the job description
