Pros
-Impactful work and ability to make a difference in the community -Flexible work schedule and hours -Tons of room for growth and education -Perks during busy seasons like chair massages, lunches, nail appointments, etc. -Culture focuses on mindfulness, balance, and how we can work together to take care of our clients and our team -Small close-knit team, really able to lean on each other. We push each other to do our best but also take time to rest when needed.
Cons
-My only "con" is really just the industry and job itself, but that is not unique to Do Good Events. Working in the events and fundraising industries is incredible but it does require a lot of effort and a certain type of brain and style of work.
