I wish there were some pros
Cons
There are only downsides. They behave as if they are some dynamic strart up in the interview but in reality its a family owned business where everyone in the family just like to suck the blood and life out of its employees. They are highly stingy, indecent and inefficient. They dont pay employees the salaries they deserve but believe that anyone they have hired is their servant meant to do anything and everything they demand. They have 0 business sense and complete absence of HR and HR policies.
