      The company is growing and it is an exciting environment to work in. The company does a good job developing a good corporate culture with lunches and fun events.

      Cons

      The pay isn't equivalent to the workload.

      Pros

      Lots of employee get togethers, lunches, "fun committee" casual atmosphere. Pleasant employees outside of management! Clean and organized work space.

      Cons

      By far one of the most frustrating corporate positions I have ever had. From a dysfunctional distribution system, order system, and lack of communication all around this job was a nightmare. STAY CLEAR!!! This company has also SOLD and would NOT give specifics on the overall future. Was a stressful disaster! Worked with the most unprofessional corporate retail chain I have ever dealt with.
