      Pros

      Great people to work with, Owner cares about his employees, have good platform to have consistent success, company reinvests in proprietary system for sales and marketing.

      Cons

      Sr Management will say one thing and actions will not match. Shifted from recruiting capable sales executives to manage and grow a book of business to homogeneous inside sales team or call center environment.

      Good if you just need a job.

      Cons

      For people with a higher skill set the pay is the same, as for new hires. Responsibility and job duties increase along with skill set. Pay doesn't No real career path, You have to wait till management creates a position. Insurance too high Some policies and procedures don't fit the punishment.
