Beware of Hidden KPIs

Pros

Bonuses and benefits are really attractive

Cons

Employees are not as motivated to improve as they are too focused on corporate activities. Positive corporate culture should not hinder enployees' personal growth. New joiners should be aware of hidden KPIs to prevent unpleasant surprises nearer to their confirmation dates.

On the surface it seems great but actually not really.

Pros

Lots of investment on employee training, Once you have earned trust knowing questions you, Left to pursue your own interest as long as it contributes to the company.

Cons

After being here for a couple of years management still doesn't trust its own employees, they're just like every other employer and think snacks can fix bad work culture, there is an uncomfortable but very well understood that Asian culture is prioritized here. There is no chances to move up into any leadership roles it doesn't happen.
