Pros
Honestly nothing good about this company unless you are in sales, just a normal old school company. Not sure if the management changed but do not waste your time coming to this company.
Cons
Not a great experience here, very old school work place, do not want to change and would shut down if someone wants be creative and innovative. Not enough training and half of the staff do not know what they are doing. A lot of favoritism exist within the company, if you are favourite you get promoted, they don't recognize you by your talent. So many people within the company said they experience racist behaviour from their boss. They expect you to work and don't pay enough.
