Sometimes get free snacks in office Team bonded over toxic management

- Favouritism and double standards - No briefing and blamed for not meeting expectations - Uneven distribution of duties within team - Management won’t give constructive feedback because they’re too “busy” but have time to talk about you behind your back - Emails and messages often ignored - Counting lunch break minutes - High turnover rate - Tasks are chopped and changed and done very last minute - Certain employees slacking off and not getting reprimanded - Don’t trust you when you work from home and micromanage - They choose their favourite relationships over the best results
