      Pros

      Worked with incredible people doing events that were unique and forward-thinking. Didn't ever get bored, was always moving onto new and exciting projects."

      Management didn't seem to have a handle on most inner-workings of the company.

      Almost no pay compared to similar jobs Physically demanding Hours are ridiculous (8-9 hour shifts with no breaks) Sporadic/unreliable as a source of income...no set number of events/time of events/day of the week

      Great coworkers, the most fun job you might ever have, chance to learn from and meet amazing culinary talent
