Friendly people that are all on the same side - Folks want to work together without detracting from their colleagues. Lots of ambition and fun challenges but typically a rational and balanced approach to expectations and life balance.

- Leadership is engaged with their employees. They welcome conversations and questions. - The culture is welcoming and you feel cared about. There is always something fun happening, there are weekly newsletters to keep you up to speed with other departments and there are multiple Slack channels to discuss interests, hobbies, pets, etc. Really lovely atmosphere - The product (Möbius) is amazing. You can feel good knowing that you're helping students and professors around the world with a top notch learning tool - Excellent remote employee integration. I was hired after online interviews and have worked 100% remotely and never felt I was at a loss for resources - HUGE growth potential, both from a career advancement stance but also an all over company stance.
