      Only if you were capable enough to stay longer and evaluate, And yes its better people like you who complain are fired even before you start to show your gloomy colors, And seniors whom you feel is treated well is cause they deserved their space and if you forgot to mention that many seniors in the company joined as freshers if you were not aware of it. We would love to have people who are capable of delivering and are confident to potray their work instead complain for their own problems. Anyways I believe you learnt enough to grab a job for yourself. Thats our achievement if not yours. Regards

      5 day working, every weekends birthday celebrations. helpful senior developers. six month increment process.

      Cons

      poor firing process. fires employees without any reason, just for sake of skip increment process. worse management members.

      I truly see that you have all the pros listed and seems you joined to have fun and not to work here, As for the comment against the management we how come the seniors are so helpful which you have mentioned who are working for years, if we were greedy the seniors who joined as freshers and are with us for alomost more than 6 + years havent been staying around with us for so long, and wouldnt have been helpful to you as you mentioned. We have a good iteration ratio comparitively and seems you are one of those who joined, learned had fun and then as you couldnt prove your commitment and prove skills you retaliated like this. We still hope you will do your best with what you learnt here. Regards

      >> Salary is on time >> good learning for new comers (fresher) only >> five days a week >> birthday celebration on time every month

      Cons

      >> They create agreement with 1 year and after complete one year than owner will fire you because of shake of skip increment process. >> No job security. >> Wrost management members. >> Owner is listen only TL he is not listen your problem if you are junior. >> In this company , there is no team bonding at all.
