      - Beaucoup de clients différents, tu apprends sur plusieurs industries - les collègues sont fun - tu travailles avec des experts dans plusieurs domaines

      - haut taux de roulement - le cadre d’évolution n’est pas clair et tres variable - salaire d’entrée bas

      Pros

      the team is very friendly, motivated and passionate about their role, it is a rich environment to learn upon. A lot of tools and data available to support work methods and good benefits.

      Cons

      Overtime is not required, but often needed in order to have good performances and still manage it inside established deadlines, but nothing irregular for a fast-paste environment like a digital marketing agency.

      -PTSD -Way to many clients for 1 to handle. -They prefer quantity over quality -no work life balance -founders are French so they value extra long hours and excessive work load - pay is awful
