Pros
The company cares about the employees. They do everything they can to help the staff succeed. As long as you are trying and putting in the time to do your job, the possibilities of growth are endless here. They provide meals for staff if you aren't able to bring your meals. Raises happen if you are working hard to earn them. IT is rewarding to watch the change in both the youth that are here and the staff that are truly helping. Change for a better life has happened for me because of the ideals of Diamond Ranch Academy.
Cons
The stress levels are higher than a lot of jobs out there. The kids can be rude but once you get to know them they are awesome. Sometimes staff jump to conclusions with out researching situations which can lead to trust issues.
