      Knowledgeable people, interesting and challenging projects

      Cons

      While some people were very helpful and good to work with (particularly the techs), the prevalence of burningly ambitious architects who are more concerned about their career advancement than helping Team members makes for a tense office culture. Lots of chat about supporting employees, including more recent stuff about preserving your mental health - its all window dressing.
