      Highly fast paced and sometimes excessively stressful A very large focus on revenue extraction, thus losing sight of how much they can take on their plate Salary is lower for the amount of work expected No clear career progression plan 6 month unnecessary probation period, which is measured too minutely, which causes stress and demotivation.

      Almost everything involves a spate of ill-qualified 'leaders'. This is a term open to interpretation as they lead in manipulating and shifting blame to others. Most workers are just waiting for the blame to shift to them at some point. Dubious business practices.
