Working for a company that wants you to be not just successful but prepared for the future with them. Management that is willing to take time out for you, whether it is for a quick question, extra training, or let's grab a bite to eat and talk about how things are going. (work or otherwise)

Growing pains - Just wanting to see more rapid expansion.
