      unfortunately none encountered during my tenure

      Cons

      They don't know what they are building. Requirements changes every hour. They deploy daily and hotfixes can be twice a day. There is no management as such, all are individual contributors and everyone from from jr to management level needs to write and execute testcases. They ask employees (even 8 months pregnant) to work till midnight. Management has no authority is hand to fix the team culture.

      Disgusting people, pathetic leadership. No Vision, mission. Prefer to sleep empty stomach rather working for this organisation.
