Keep men in high positions who are toxic and have many HR strikes but easily fire others out of the blue. HR passes the buck a lot in fact everyone does. Reward those makings 100k and over let them do nothing while workers are killing themselves, they have a million policies and know how to say the right thing but they don’t follow any of It.
