DGI is a great place to work. The people are fantastic. The teams work together well and there is a strong focus and drive towards excellence and client services.
Cons
At times you have to wear many hats. That is not a con for me, but good for people to understand.

I've been with the company for almost a year and a half and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to work for. It is a smaller scale company but the atmosphere and those you work with make it fun. There is nothing better than to work for someone who respects family values, honesty, integrity and most importantly professionalism. We have monthly meetings with Dan, President of DGI, where he goes over the core values of what makes DGI. There is a reason DGI has such a great reputation in California with all our customers, and I look forward to continue to grow with company and expand.
Cons
The only con I would say is not being a vendor to all manufactures, but we really emphasize our "bread and butter" and refer out when we can't sell a product or install for a customer. Keeping our word of transparency and reputation valuable.
