Seek and welcome feedback from employees on an ongoing basis. - Friday lunch, office snacks, good vacation, learning/training allowance. - Fun team, they hire people who align with the companies core values (sure, this won't work out 100% of the time). - Operations manager in Chicago is fantastic, she takes care of everyone and is always super helpful. - Flexible hours, get your work done and have pride in what you do. You'll do great and love working here. - Annual trips to Lithuania for Summercamp (you want to Youtube this) and an annual kick off event held in Chicago. Reading over some other reviews, I find some disconcerting and offensive that I feel obligated to address a couple of things. - I am a female and can honestly say I have never felt in any way less valued than my male counterparts. - The office I work in is diverse, majority is actually female, non-white (not that that matters to me personally, it's a reflection of the applicant pool). So all in all, in my experience, Devbridge is a great company to work for. I would highly recommend it. I've really enjoyed being a part of the Devbridge family and hope I will be for many years to come.

Recently joined the Devbridge team, and so far it has been amazing. I have an extremely approachable, friendly and highly competent boss. Few other things: Give you complete autonomy to make a difference. Truly nice people that work here and they have struck the perfect balance of quality and efficiency in what they do. President and CEO are very open to being engaged and to hearing your feedback and ideas. Very hands on senior leadership team, keeping the structure of the company very flat. I have never worked at a place that really put in effort to ensuring the happiness of their employees, they go above and beyond in this aspect.
