      Pros

      I've worked at Deswik for almost 10 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else. I think that says it all. The 'culture code' at Deswik is one of the few I've seen where input was gathered directly from employees as to how we truly feel about working here (instead of management telling us how we should feel). I believe the owners and upper management of Deswik are leaders and visionaries, and it is clear to me that they love what they do. I'm glad to be a part of this team.

      Cons

      I truly can't think of one. Except perhaps if you are trying to 'climb the ladder', this may not be the place for you. The ladder is short; we run lean (which helps us stay agile).
