Pros
The people in the shop are the reason this place works, however management would never have you believe that. The company is the top tier of technology and skill.
Cons
It seems like they try to cut your knees out at every chance, but still want you to break your back for them. They dont want you to grow your skills, only to do as your told. very unappreciative of the hours that you put in. Management will drop new, urgent jobs as you are trying to leave for the day.. they have no consideration of your own personal time.
