Cons

- micromanagement - this is based on my personal experience, so it does not apply to every teams which will be of your pure luck: EXTREMELY TOXIC design team lead who has absolutely poor to 0 leadership skills; every single designers who left/were let go from this team, left with significant mental trauma from the experience that repeated over the years which resulted in for a team that is dead silent day-to-day; which takes away all the spirit, eager for creative growth, and joy/happiness in general. Cutthroat environment with blatant favoritism (that changes target over time), belittling, arrogance, full of attitude and games. Will keep you stagnant, will keep you sad, and will want you to do as TL tells as if you are their puppet; very disturbing tone (potentially an anger/anxiety issue), putting shame on you publicly for you to ever voice the real issues - Last but not least, "design" team lead having a good knowledge with Toronto construction; but with ABSOLUTELY 0 taste in design nor luxury to mentor anyone for design which accordingly based on their role, they must be excelling at
