Pros

Lots of learning experiences Lots of room for growth Teaches you the industry

Cons

Upper management, have seen employees threaten to get sued by the owner for trying to quit Increase in responsibility does not mean increase in pay Extremely toxic work environment, get told you aren't a good worker if you don't arrive early and leave late, but you don't get paid extra. No reimbursement for driving hours to job sites every day, lots of cost in gas and car upkeep that you will need to cover out of pocket

Pros

Scale pay jobs you make up to $40 an hour

Cons

You must drive your own vehicle to jobsite which can be far. You only get $20 an hour if you are not on a scale pay job. Non negotiable
