      Pros

      Quick learnings Structured workflows for some projects Segregation of teams - Design, Revit, concept, structural etc

      Cons

      No respect for work timings While saturdays are non-working , some are forced to work even then Design team has a hard time with mismanaged time Expectations to stay at work till 11 Bad process of onboarding The office does not have AC & only limited fans which people almost fight over, notable because summers are very bad and building is uncomfortable to be in during the time

      Pros

      Only good for interns or freshers. Experience people do not waste your time and talent by joining here.

      Cons

      This company will target and look for talented people outside Bangalore and they can change the salary decisions at the end of your face to face round. It's a small firm where one will find only freshers working like a school where you are not allowed to talk or look around. The interviewer is just not technically sound neither they know how to test a candidate. Experience people especially revit users this is not a right place for you. They will expect you to work for long working hours and on weekends while they will also treat you as a drafts man. It's just not a design oriented firm its a drafting firm.

      Good pay, good projects, too much work load, but

      Pros

      You get to handle good projects and learn a lot through them. You are given the opportunity to handle the client directly. If you are capable, you'll be given more responsibilities. Small team events are also organised from time to time.

      Cons

      The boss has a bad temper, is harshly condescending, and is also partial towards her favorites which ruins the office environment.
