      The pay is great, it easy to get time off.

      Cons

      Benefit is high to pay. It’s a Fiberglass Company. Fiberglass dust get on your clothes and skin. It will itch for days until you get used to it. The people are okay. Early morning shift

      Management will work with you if you have personal needs or time-off needs. Small-company, family work environment. Competitive payscale. Paid time-off, affordable healthcare, 401k or Roth 401k match. Rewarding work environment.

      Cons

      401k investment fund options are limited, although there is a Roth 401k option which is nice.
