Labour management issues and payment

Expectations are unrealistic. Managers are told they can't give employees above a 3 for a review rating (1-5 is the scale). You are set up to fail in your quarterly reviews. Expect increasing workloads with little to no support. Instead of hiring more staff they like to shift work around to already overloaded employees. Nothing is done proactively; it is all reactive. Don't expect the job you are interviewing for to be the actual job you do. The company presents well during the interview process, but once hired you learn you were lie so they could get you in the door.
