      Supportive environment but pay doesn't match cost of living

      Pros

      It was a great environment with supportive colleagues, I enjoyed the work life balance given by the company and had an overall very positive experience.

      Cons

      The pay was not very competitive, and even though there was a clear structure for growth, compensation did not jump sufficiently enough between each role. Living in Amsterdam is expensive and the salary was not suited to the cost of living there.
