One of the most talented teams I’ve worked with. Smart people, low ego, very technical, and extremely execution focused. Descope is the kind of company where things move fast, but for the right reasons. You’re trusted to own problems end to end, make decisions, and actually have impact. There’s very little bureaucracy, and leadership is highly accessible and transparent. The product is also genuinely exciting. Identity, authentication, AI agents, developer experience — it feels like the company is building in the right space at the right time. You work closely with customers, get real feedback quickly, and see your work matter. Culture wise, people care a lot about quality and helping each other succeed. Strong startup energy without the chaos that usually comes with it.

Working at Descope has been an incredible experience from day one. The team is genuinely one of the best I've ever been a part of, smart, collaborative, and supportive in a way that's rare in the startup world. The technical work is fascinating. Descope is tackling real, hard problems in the authentication and identity space, and the engineering challenges are legitimately interesting. Leadership is transparent, accessible, and clearly knows what they're doing. There's a strong vision at the top that trickles down into every team, so you always feel like your work matters and connects to the bigger picture. The growth opportunities here are real.
