      Nice benefits, but toxic culture and poor management

      Wfh was nice. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      Management sucked. Toxic culture created around hiring based on who you know or who was related to who vs people who actually knew how to do a job. Constantly on call or got asked to be on call last minute. 24/7/365 job.
