Pros

Flexible clinical work schedule. Great staff and clinical supervisors. Very professional CFO.

We are sorry that you did not feel favorable about your employment. We hope that you had some discussions with your upline manager prior to the end of your employment. We are very glad that you did enjoy a flexible schedule and liked your supervisors and coworkers. Several of the issues you have mentioned have been addressed and changes to improve wages, and data collections are in progress and have been improved since your comment. Not sure where the disconnect may have been, but this company adheres to all state regulations at all times. We hope that you have found a position that makes you happy.

Compassionate Care

Pros

Many home health agencies wisely assure that they will receive insurance reimbursement before sending out staff. Unfortunately far too often, the patients most in need are not always covered by insurance for the services which will help them obtain community resources, or placement. Dependable will almost always allow an emergency or compassionate exception so that such a patient will have the information and help needed.

Cons

Communication can always be improved.
