Run far away. There are better jobs out there that treat their employees like real people.
Pros
They are a great short term job, but because their top tier management do not value a single employee there besides themselves and their friends they hired, it is definitely not someplace you would want to invest much of your career to.
Cons
David Casper is honestly one of the worst humans I have ever came in contact with. He is disrespectful to his employees and extremely arrogant. The way he talks to people is extremely disgraceful. He does not value his employees at all and he allows disgraceful behavior to run rampant in his management group - who all happen to be “friends” he hired after coming to Denmat. When you uncover issues they make you feel like a burden, for just doing your job. They do not want to talk about problems and do not take the time to actually understand their employees. The good ones who were once in management roles have walked out. You know there is a problem when you have employees who have dedicated a decade of their life to helping run this company just walk out, without notice. Making it very clear they are leaving because of the top management team. The negative reviews are 100% spot on.
