      Pros

      Good people to work with. You gain a great knowledge of the beer business. Flexible work day, you have control over when things should get done for the most part. Opportunities to work fun events around Columbus come up every now and then. Opportunities for promotions often come up.

      Cons

      As advertised, it is a physically demanding job. You will be tired at the end of the day. Pay could be better, the position is a bit overlooked on how important it actually is to the company. Communication between departments was not good many days. I think if they fix that they would resolve many issues that they have on a regular basis.
