Pros

- relatively flat structure - impactful work - every month we seem to have big name customers sign on - i've learned more in last six months than my last six years at my last job

Cons

- still making the transition from start-up to growth company; growing pains - some weak staff need to be cut

Pros

Hard to think of any.

Cons

A lot of buzz words and talk but no solid opportunities. Everything that is promised as a part of package will be forgotten - if you dare to bring it up, you will be fired. Late payments is usual. No respect to family and personal time.
