Pros

I’ve come to learn, nothing.

Cons

The management is out of touch and boasts themselves up but truly no direction or real structure. Seriously a revolving door, don’t be fooled by their initial pitch of company culture.

Pros

Good people make a bad job easier. Made me realize how good I have it at my next job, and to that I am forever grateful. I am a fan of Joe, but only because I believe in brutal capitalism at the cost of losers. If I were an owner, I would do the same as him.

Cons

Toxic work environment created by managers. Questionable ethics where the main object is to make as much money as possible at the expense of the client. This is an automotive company run by dealership owners, and it shows. Many products are as bull as buying an extended warranty. Something is to be said by the low pay, you are disposable to the company. Pay does not equal the workload, nor the volume of BS anyone client side will have to endure. The customers are as shiesty as the owners. Take a look at review over the last two years, and then take a look at recent reviews. Many recent reviews are faked by management, I was told by a director how they inflate their reviews using dummy accounts or by asking employees to immediately make a GlassDoor review upon hiring before they have a negative connotation. If you do take this job, make sure it's your first to only gain resume experience. If you have any experience at all, go somewhere that will value your time as highly as you.

Thank you for your feedback. We have spent a lot of time investing in the products that we offer at DEP. Our goal is to create great products and provide valuable services to our clients. While we encourage our team to write reviews, we have never asked anyone to write “fake” reviews. We believe in the culture that we have built and are committed to investing in our employees' growth and development. We stand behind our products and employees. Again, thank you for your feedback.

Sinking Ship

Pros

The office is clean. They are expanding and they have food available to buy.

Cons

There is a lot wrong with this company. The first thing is they are not transparent at all. They have hidden things from their employees and blatantly lied about prior managers and reasons they left. Favoritism is key to success in the company. They don't keep up with their word in regards to changes needed to be made. When we had meetings about how to improve the department we were not listened to. The director was never there nor in their office and when they were the door is locked and closed for long periods of time. The director also leads with emotions and not with logic. If she feels threatened by you she will put a target on your back. She also has inappropriate conversations with people plus uncomfortable interactions with some of the males on the team. She says we could come to her with our problems yet she is never available. Plus when we did bring up problems we are given attitude from both the director and manager. They get threatened when other people dont agree with them. There was no leadership because the manager has only been in the department for a few months and doesn't have alot of knowledge. None of the seasoned employed could get help from the manager. There was major micromanaging in the department and they treat their employees like children. I had lost all respect for the company and I truly believe it is a sinking ship. It doesn't help that one of the higher-ups had been let go from the company in a concerning manner and nothing was spoken about it. All in all, if you want to work in an atmosphere that is very similar to a clicky high school this place is for you. But if you want to work for professionals who treat you with respect and as an adult find another place.
