Pros

The interview process is quick. The training is three weeks. In those three weeks, you're with many different people and get the opportunity to work with many knowledgeable people with "tricks ". They provide the uniform and boots. No need to go to the office each day, work from home pretty much. Meet many cool people. Discount buying beverages from the warehouse.

Cons

During training you work many people, each says the other is wrong. The pay could be better. You get up early to deal with pissed off store managers because of how the person before you left the place. You're hardly ever in the same stores day by day, so nothing's organized the way you'd like it to be. Management wants big stores done first (Walmart), yet gives you two in one day no where near each other. You'll have, on the weekend, and upward of 9 stores. The mileage is .38/mile, so unless you have a pretty new car, you're losing out on a 60mile day. You also play the role of a sales person on Sunday, placing orders, which you make no commission off of like the sales people do. Even the beverage discount isn't worth it, unless you live close to the warehouse.

Pros

+ Good Benefits + Company Events + Great discounts

Cons

+ Seems like you need to be there for years and years before you get a chance at something new + If you were hired into the warehouse be prepared to probably stay there + Manager was the kind of guy who you'd ask a question straight to his face and he'd deflect it in front of a group of 20+ men. + People in positions such as the warehouse, trucking, sales, merchandising are not happy people + Warehouse operation is HIGHLY inefficient and your voice will not matter in fixing some of these issues + Grueling hours and workload
