Pros

Under the leadership of Daxor's President & CEO since 2015, Michael Feldschuh, the company has undergone major advancements in both its business leadership and staff satisfaction. Having been an employee of Daxor for 17 years and having worked with Michael for approximately 5 of those 17 years, I could see a definite as well as positive change in how business was conducted and staff relations improved. I needed to retire due to health reasons, and miss working at and for Daxor and with my fellow employees. It's been 2.5 years since I left and, if I could, I would go back in a heartbeat if asked.

Cons

Being a small company, at times communication and transparency could been improved. Towards the end of my tenure at Daxor I was seeing definite improvements in these areas under Michael Feldschuh's leadership.

Pros

It's a good place to work and the people are nice.

Cons

No reviews or raises unless you ask many times, upper management has serious issues with showing any appreciation and under pays. Understaffed or not properly staffed. Minimal 401k match at 1% max. Pto never grows, no perks for long term employment
