Pros

A good measure of flexibility in work schedule, company vehicle and gas card, decent vacation allowance, not stuck in a bleak office, work varies from day to day

Cons

No longer part of the incredible JM Family organization, sold to a private equity firm in 2022, now in drastic cost-cutting mode, employees that weren't fired during the new ownership change are now leaving in a mass exodus, extensive and increased travel for no additional benefit, insulting pay, zero opportunities for advancement, work is mostly outside in all weather conditions, company vehicle can be a taxation burden, job is not worth the expectations unless you're single and/or desperate.

Pros

makes a few bucks if you work hard, and if they give you the jobs. that's all.

Cons

absolutely poor management (no support , always focus on your mistake), especially the supervisor. Jobs not guarantee, and is getting less and less every year. pay has no increase, cos they dun care. No career path. don't waste your time there, not worth to contribute to this kind of company.
