      Pros

      I wouldnt like to structure my comments as pros or cons. Think about DataRPM as a company running a series of projects per customer. The concept of product or product management never exited. A new technology and lets implement. The CEO was a sales guy with no vision. His only vision was to sell the company , which he did for a paltry 30 million. This price was for a company which claims to provide cognitive predictive analytics , billion dollar market.

      Founders never shared the upside with employees.

      They give you the freedom in your work

      Cons

      Well they hired me on contract telling that they will make me permanent and wanted to review my performance. I was crooked my the company. After just one month even putting a lot of hardwork which my manager also appreciated. They did not gave me the confirmation. I wasleft with no job in hand.
