Management was pleasant and easy to work with. Commission on sales was fair and the company constantly offered various sales incentives.
Cons
The nature of the job is difficult. Sales Development Officers cold call potential clients. Often deal with unpleasant people.

Pay was decent, dont expect a raise though.
Cons
This company is very unprofessional. FULL of old sexist white men, HR in this company barely even exists. Don't expect to be treated like a human being in this environment!
