Pros
Small company that makes you feel like an asset to the company. After working for many years at a large company it is nice to work for one that you feel actually values you as a person.
Cons
Locations vary quite a bit from city to city. There is no uniformity on how the different offices are run or managed. Therefore there isn't truly a Data Projections way of doing things. Things are run based more on the whims of each individual manager. I worked at both the Houston and Austin offices, and much preferred the way the Houston office was run.
