      Good culture Working with very talented people Work set up is great to promote work-life balance

      Constant layoffs on a yearly basis, it's like you have a target painted on your back and just hope your role will not be affected. Leadership decisions often change, and they often do not give decisions proper time to succeed leading to constant context-switching for the teams and huge losses by the company
